New Design Fitness for Life Shirt at the South Pole

On Friday September 16th you will signing up for gym classes in one of your classes.  If you missed the day you can still do it from this post.  We have changed the gym program this year somewhat as we are allowing you to sign up for the gym class you would like to have.  You will be in that class by quarter.  You will be able to select a new class only at the end of the quarter.  The choices are

Smash-it (6th Floor Fitness Center)

Boost your endurance, sculpt your physique, activate your heart rate, and give your energy level a kick using the improved equipment and your refreshed motivation.

Yoga (Basement Yoga Room)

Tone muscles, build inner-strength, activate your happiness, calm the mind, and show off amazing poses at parties.


CARDIO-GAMES (North Gym in the morning and South Gym in the afternoon)

An innovative combination of “Cardiovascular warm-up” followed by games designed to kick-start your heart and burn calories while challenging your opponent.  Badmitton, Team Handball, Football, Rugby, Soccer, Ragball.
